When will my order ship?
Please check the items you have ordered. If your order contains a PRE-ORDER item that has not yet been released, your entire order will not ship until the final item in your order has been released.If you would like to split your order into two separate shipments to receive available items sooner, please email us at info@atlcomicscards.com. Our team can invoice you for the additional postage to ship what is available now, instead of waiting for the remaining items to come into stock.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
Please contact us at info@atlcomicscards.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment if your order arrived damaged. Please note that:
- Returns will not be accepted if you fail to inform us within the 48-hour window.
- Printer burns or loss of ink are not considered damage.
- Books that grade out at 9.2 are not considered damaged.
- Graded comics and high-value items are strictly non-returnable.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations are not allowed after the Final Order Cutoff date.
- Preorders for exclusive variant covers and ratio variants cannot be cancelled.
- Any approved cancellation will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Frequent cancellations may result in the suspension of future purchases.
